Senior Intern Email Listserv

 

The Senior Intern Listserv is an email list of all current Senior Interns from the Bonner Network, managed by the Bonner Foundation. Bonner Senior Interns will receive an invitation to join the listserv during the beginning of their term from senior-intern-listserv+noreply@googlegroups.com. The function of this listserv is to provide an easy communication channel among the Senior Intern community to ask for network-wide requests or questions. If utilized effectively, this will be a useful tool in gathering quick resources and information. The idea for this listserv came from the Bonner staff listserv, which has proven to be a useful resource to connect and gather feedback from the Bonner staff network.

 

This is how it works:

  • If you accept the invitation to join the listserv, you will now receive an email every time someone sends a message to senior-intern-listserv@googlegroups.com.
  • You can send a message to all senior interns in the listserv by sending an email to senior-intern-listserv@googlegroups.com.
  • You may unsubscribe from this listserv at any time by sending an email to senior-intern-listserv+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com.
  • You may only be a member of the group if you are a Bonner Intern and by email invitation. The reason for this is to maintain a targeted audience of participants who will respectfully use the listserv. Other Bonners can certainly ask you to pose a question, and Bonner Interns not already on the listserv can request to join by sending an email to sam@bonner.org.
  • At the end of the academic year, all Bonner Senior Interns who graduate will be removed from the listserv and invited to join the Bonner Alumni Network. All other returning interns may remain on the listserv. 

 

By joining this group, you are expected to abide by a few guidelines: 

  • This email listserv is not a social chatroom, and it is not intended to overwhelm your inbox with unnecessary messages. Only use this channel for Bonner Senior Intern related questions or requests.
  • Only reply-all if the information you are providing is pertinent for all Senior Interns to view. Use your judgment. If it is not, please reply directly to the student who sent the original message.
