The Bonner Leaders at Tusculum are a group of students committed to serving the local community by using their gifts and talents where needed. Students in this program develop leadership skills by participating in meetings, training, internships, and service. Upon graduation, Bonner Leaders continue to seek ways in which they can enrich their communities through leadership of non-profits and/or direct service.

- Bonner Service Days - Bonner Leader led service projects hosted throughout the semester to allow the student body and Tusculum community to further engage and support the local community.
- Alternative Breaks - Bonner Leader led trips for the Tusculum campus community that focus on civic engagement and community building.

Nettie Day - a campus-wide service event to demonstrate the college’s commitment to both learning and serving in the community, as well as honoring the memory and altruistic way of life of Nettie Fowler McCormick, widow of reaper inventor Cyrus McCormick, who was a 19th century supporter and advocate of Tusculum University.

Voter Registration Drive - a campus-wide collaboration between Student Affairs, the College of Civil and Liberal Arts, and the Bonner Leader Program to provide voter registration and education opportunities to faculty, staff, and students to encourage an active civically engaged lifestyle.

Constitution Day - a campus-wide event with the aim of educating the student body about our constitution and encouraging students to learn more about our system of government.

Clothing Closet - the Tusculum Clothing Closest is a place where Tusculum students can get casual and professional clothes for free without ever leaving campus. The Clothing Closet is run primarily by Bonner students and Center for Civic Advancement Work-study students.

Cheer Bags - Cheer bags are a campus-wide fundraiser where students, professors, and parents can send a bag full of goodies to support a student during the final weeks of classes.
