 Siena Bonners gain leadership opportunities going into their junior year through the Step It Up Sophomores process. This was first implemented in the 2015-2016 academic year, incorporating administrators, students, and community partners. Step it Up Sophomores is a unique process that allows for rising Juniors to take on additional leadership roles at their site, in our center, and in the community.  Students are able to apply for leadership roles in the spring of their Sophomore year for the following year.  Community partners and ACE program staff are key in reviewing applications and selecting leaders for the next year.
