Resetting Your Personal Settings


 

 

STEP 1: The Settings tab is found at the of the page

Once you've logged into BWBRS, you'll find the Settings tab at the top of the screen.

 

 

 

STEP 2:  Settings options

On the settings page, you can:

  • change your email address
  • Set a new password
  • Change the frequency that email notifications will be sent to you
  • Change the behavior of your browser when you choose to Print a page.

 

 

STEP 3:  BWBRS allows emails to be sent to you instantly, but also every 2, 6, 12, or 24 hours

The advantage of the "Once per 24 hours" email notification option for administrators is that you'll get at most one email each day which contains all of that day's notifications, rather than a separate email for each one. This makes it a lot easier to manage busy programs with lots of messages being generated through BWBRS, and is therefore is highly recommended.

 

 

STEP 4:  Notification Roles for Campus Administrators

Under the Manage Staff tab you'll find a list of your campus administrators.  Each individual has a set of notification roles based on the programs active on your campus, as you can see below.  These settings affect which emails notifications will be sent to the respective administrator.
